Friendly pets are welcome to be present during service — our technicians are experienced with animal handling and interaction. Owners assume liability for any injury caused by their animal during the visit.
Servicing a cage, vivarium, or enclosure is different: we handle the small-pet transfer ourselves, using temporary sanitary holding enclosures while we work.
